My wife Chantal and I live with our four children in Orlando, FL. We're a multi-national family born in four different countries and on two continents.
Chantal is French by birth and a French teacher by profession. I'm a Brit; I worked for Procter & Gamble and IBM for over 30 years in UK, USA and France. I'm retired now -- at least in theory!
We have four children: Sophie, Fleur, Alix and Antoine. They range in age from 15 to 20 something!
All our family were involved with the development and design of Pizza Pursuits™ in one way or another. Actually helping our children with math homework -- time and time again, and year after year, inspired me to find a better way to explain the relationships between fractions and decimals, percentages and degree values.
I've reviewed every idea, feature and design aspect with the family. I've listened to their comments and critiques and made changes based on their input. Sometimes their input is not too helpful: "Dad, leave me alone, please don't ask me again, I've already told you what I think, etc."
Seriously, I'm indebted to Chantal and our children for all their encouragement and help.
I hope you and yours enjoy playing Pizza Pursuits™ together and obtain long lasting benefits.

Here's how to order:
Select one version of the Pizza Pursuits Cards from the drop-down menu on the right before clicking the Buy Now button.
Pizza Pursuits 10 is the right choice for beginners. There are just three slice sizes (1/10th, 2/10th and 3/10th) and only one measurement system (fraction, decimal, percentage or degree) per card.
Pizza Pursuits Advanced is designed for more experienced players. There are six different slice sizes ranging from 1/20th (5%, 0.05, 18°) to 1/3rd (33.3%, 0.333, 120°). Each card uses all four measurement systems, one on each card edge. |
