Convert 90° into decimals: 90° = 90/360 x 1.00 = 0.25 Convert 25% into decimals: 25% = 25/100 x 1.00 = 0.25 Convert 1/4 into decimals: 1/4 = 1.00/4 = 0.25 Finally add 0.25 + 0.25 +0.25 + 0.25 = 1.00   This involves four different mathematical equations and is really tedious and prone to errors, especially for kids.
